Two of the most important areas of this rebuild were the transmission and mast assembly.
The truck received a rebuilt transmission to restore dependable power delivery and operating performance. The mast was fully disassembled so our technicians could inspect its internal components, identify areas requiring attention, complete the necessary repairs, and carefully reassemble the system.
This thorough process helped ensure that the truck was not only refreshed cosmetically, but also prepared to return to demanding material-handling applications.
Electrical and Operator-Comfort Improvements
Years of industrial use can take a toll on a forklift’s electrical system. Our technicians inspected and repaired the wiring throughout the machine to address existing issues and improve overall reliability.
We also installed a new air-ride seat, providing the operator with greater comfort during long shifts and demanding lifting operations.
A Complete Cosmetic Transformation
Once the mechanical and electrical work was completed, the truck received a deep cleaning, power wash, dry-ice cleaning, and full paint job.
